WELCOME DEAR FELLOW HUMAN!!
Subtle Body Anatomy is, in other words, Spirit, or Power, as it's arranged in human form. Here we get to grow, heal and come into full body-mind health, with respect and humility before the laws of nature, that govern creation and gives us life. We are not separate from Spirit, we are part of nature and al of creation, already. There is nothing divine out there judging, nothing out there to attain. You and your body are already IT, HERE and NOW, and this training is our invitation to you to discover the power that already resides within you, your holy humanness.
I'm so happy this format training has found its home. I've been working for years putting this together, with the purpose of comprehensively sharing the wisdom of our innate human, natural, sacred biology. These energetic principles are the foundation of our human experience, and in this training you'll learn how to work with them to balance and reverse patterns of body-mind illness and stress, in a non-dogmatic, experience based learning. The purpose is to give you the tools and teachings that will allow you to deeply access the wisdom that is innate in YOUR body; to develop both a yoga practice, but more importantly a way of life that supports your body-mind, from the foundation of the underlying energetic principles of Subtle Body Anatomy. You'll understand the interrelationship of the principles inherent in the Vayu’s, Nadi’s, Chakras, and Koshas, and how these can be used in your teaching, if that is your intention. Understanding these principles and their effects informs the physical practice, as well as ones personal growth and real life living. The course emphasizes a deep personal understanding, application and demonstration of aspects of Subtle Body Anatomy physiology and psychology, in other words, the mind-body connection, in real life; for mental/emotional balance, balanced relationships, personal and spiritual fulfillment.
You'll be certified to teach the preparation work for body-mind practices based on the Subtle Body Anatomy Yoga body of work, as well as specific yoga asana / postures, and sequences founded on those principles.
- Subtle Body Anatomy Yoga
- Specific Breathwork
- Subtle Body Anatomy: Principles and functions of the Chakras, Vayus, Nadis & Koshas

Is your intention, actions, choices, communication, and the results of these in alignment, in actual reality?
You'll become knowledgeable in Yoga’s Subtle Body Anatomy; Chakra, Vayu, Nadi and Kosha and their related physiological, spiritual and psychological aspects in musculoskeletal-, neurological-, digestive -, respiratory-, and endocrine functions.
You'll learn how, and why, to structure your own practice as well as how to teach from an integrated understanding of Subtle Body Anatomy principles and perspectives with specific results.
You'll experience the value of a regular practice & meditation and listening inward, and increase your awareness and intuition of self and others.
You'll expand your body-mind experience and the wisdom in your bones about the nature, Spirit, and Power of your own humanness, and come to know how to practically apply these in real life, and in your practice.
